NAP 4 Engagement
- overview of online engagement stats (as previously emailed to EAP)
- discussed emerging sub-themes from ideas to date
- summary of in person engagement undertaken and planned
- Te Kawa Mataaho team raised the letter to Minister Hipkins from ten civil society organisations - not all EAP had seen/read.
- Te Kawa Mataaho offered to leave the room to allow EAP to discuss the letter

- Meeting reconvened - Suzanne Snively, on behalf of EAP, said they supported the letter and noted they had raised similar points in the past and encouraged Te Kawa Mataaho to listen to their feedback
- EAP would accept an OGP penalty to enable the extension proposed by the group of ten civil society organisations
- EAP want to see an engagement plan for NAP4 development and see budget bids for commitments
- TKM noted that EAP had been involved in a number of engagement workshops in the second part of 2020
- TKM noted that the proposed 4 Year length for NAP4 is an effort to address budget issues for Commitments
- TKM acknowledged communication should have been clearer on what the next phase would look like with the regard to the commitment design process, but that the EAP were aware of this phase from earlier discussions
- TKM is considering its advice to the Minister re a response
