  • Discussion about the design process: 
  • Amplification of process needed, i.e. to raise profile and visibility 
  • Extra time from shifting cohorts is an opportunity for a deeper process 
  • Need to be able to demonstrate decisions made in partnership 
  • Some principles around decision-making are needed as commitments are shaped (late 2021) 
  • Consideration should be made of wider open government eco-system beyond Open Government Partnership, and the principle and values of the Public Service Act 2020
  • Good planning is needed to get most out of the Expert Advisory Panel, civil society organisation networks and to encourage agencies to be ambitious and think creatively
